COLOUR, CREATE, LEARN!!! Art Workshop For Children An interactive and fun experience and experimentation with Colours

Children have a natural inclination towards creation. Their creativity is not bound by any limits that are drawn by conventional teachings. The Aim of this workshop is to enable children to discover and explore their creative side through Art. The medium through which we enable children to discover their creativity are elements of Visual Art like Colour.

The workshop will focus on following aspects which will allow Children to:

	Discover Creative potential Uninhibited expression of art Energy to further explore his talent	Create Something new and original outside the boundaries of preconceived notions. Art with endless imagination and complete freedom
	Inspire By sharing their creativity with other children To discover the latent creativity within themselves. This triggers a virtuous cycle of creativity.	Realize Untapped potential by experimenting, self-learning and experiencing the creative process. Their unknown creative side.
	Enjoy The process of creation and not the end result which helps them realize their zone of ‘Flow’

We have created a set of thought provoking interactive activities that aim at discovering and exploring creativity and the process of creation. These activities will be tailored depending on the duration of the workshop

• Thinking out of the box by pairing and painting random subjects with random colours
• Feeling the colours and experiencing the colour interaction  through various acts like dance of colours, war of colours, race of colours
• Destroy and Create: Destroying materials like magazine pages, cloths etc. and creating work such as visual collage, poem, story
• Contributing to a single artwork by painting together on a large piece of wall canvas
• Triggering creativity through combined use of multiple senses like visualization of sound(creating Art from music), seeing a sound(creating music from a Art)
• Experiencing freedom from sight by blindfolding yourself and creating artwork
• Blocking of visual mode and experiencing and perceiving object through other senses like touch, smell, taste
